"I'm using my log in for club publix but it keeps telling me it's incorrect. Even tried changing it. I can sign into Publix just fine, but not the pharmacy. Ridiculous. When I pull up the pharmacy option, it's telling me to log onto Club Publix..... if I'm not supposed to, why is it telling me to? Bottom line....I can't get into the publix pharmacy app no matter what I try."

"Disappointed. You can purchase a prescription in app but it doesn't update that its purchased. Also the prescription instructions don't match what's printed on the container which seems dangerous to me."

"This app is trash. I've had to log in every time, though I asked the app to remember my user name and selected biometric log-in.Like many others, I have recently been unable to log in to the pharmacy app, though I've had no issue with Publix's main app. It is a good idea in theory and should be easy for the company to execute; however, it's easier to log in via the website to manage your prescriptions. You can also give the pharmacy your number and request text alerts with no need for the app."

Don't bother to tell me like ALL the other people to contact you by phone. The point of an app is to AVOID CALLING YOU AT ALL. How about fix your broken app."
